And in her latest Instagram post, she’s taking on a patient’s back that is full of blackheads.

Whether she’s squeezing a pair of matching blackheads, squeezing “juicy” nose blackheads, squeezing blackheads that look like “hamster turds,” or squeezing a mole that turned out to be a blackhead, she always finds them. And in her latest Instagram post, she’s taking on a patient’s back that is full of blackheads.

“Let me know if I’m hurting you! You have some pretty good ones here!” says Dr. P. as she starts squeezing out the blackheads.
In the video, she tells her patient that she is going to try to “nick a few of them” with the sharp razor before she starts extracting.
Dr. P. keeps talking to her patient and learns that she doesn’t have someone at home that enjoys extracting the blackheads.
“No wonder you don’t get them done! This person must not like it, but they’re coming out!” says Dr. P. “You’re okay, huh? You’re going to let me do a lot of these.”
